1 This transaction was brough to us on a Thursday where our team prepared a prospectus with the information provided, presented to the committee Friday, documents prepared and signed Saturday and Sunday. Money wired by Tuesday that was in Escrow to close Friday. Our team did a great job with communicating between the 12 of us working on this project and executed tactically.

2 We brough the sponsor both the debt, and equity into this transaction. The sponsor brough $0 to the closing table. 

3 This client needed to take out a private lender and was running into problems due to a outstanding MCA loan. Our team was able to get this transaction done in 15 days!

This transaction was 2 weeks worth of hard work negotiating with the condo association on behalf of the client. We overcame seasoning issues that were being shown as threats for our competition. With this successful transaction, our client was able to expand his business from a 10 man office to a 87 man office.
This client came to the firm with one mission, to close a 16 unit development project. We ended up structuring this as a 3 tier transaction, utilizing the equity from a low leveraged commercial asset, to buy another commercial assets, then leverage equity built in both to stack along with first position debt to finalize this transaction.
